Executive Chef
A native of Conakry, Guinea, Chef Djayi Tounkara began his culinary journey at 16 before moving to Paris to refine his craft. After training under two-Michelin-starred chef Christophe Moret at Shangri-La Paris and leading the kitchens of SO/ Paris Hotel, he now returns to Marriott, where his career first began, as Head Chef. With his young, dynamic team, Djayi is dedicated to showcasing the richness of French culinary heritage through creative, flavorful, and refined cuisine.

With a solid background in hospitality and bartending, Charbel built his expertise in several renowned Parisian establishments before joining our team. Driven by a true passion for cocktails and service, he is dedicated to creating drinks that combine creativity and elegance, while ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, authentic, and memorable experience.
Wilson Abreu de Barros
Head of Dining Experience
With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality between France and Brazil, Wilson brings strong expertise in service excellence and operations. He has worked in prestigious establishments such as InterContinental Hôtel Dieu in Marseille and Sofitel Miramar in Biarritz, and has contributed to the organization of major international events. Today, he oversees our dining outlets and teams with a constant commitment to delivering an impeccable guest experience.

Deputy F&B Director
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Pierre has built his career within some of Paris's most prestigious establishments, including Hôtel The Peninsula Paris and Le Meurice. Today Deputy F&B Director at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center, he combines strong operational expertise with financial discipline and a genuine sense of service. Recognized for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering consistent quality and memorable guest experiences.
