After training under two-Michelin-starred chef Christophe Moret at Shangri-La Paris and leading the kitchens of SO/ Paris Hotel, he now returns to Marriott, where his career first began, as Head Chef. With his young, dynamic team, Djayi is dedicated to showcasing the richness of French culinary heritage through creative, flavorful, and refined cuisine.

Driven by a true passion for cocktails and service, he is dedicated to creating drinks that combine creativity and elegance, while ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, authentic, and memorable experience.

He has worked in prestigious establishments such as InterContinental Hôtel Dieu in Marseille and Sofitel Miramar in Biarritz, and has contributed to the organization of major international events. Today, he oversees our dining outlets and teams with a constant commitment to delivering an impeccable guest experience.

Today Deputy F&B  Director at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center, he combines strong operational expertise with financial discipline and a genuine sense of service. Recognized for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering consistent quality and memorable guest experiences.
